And a great time was had by all!

We have just finished our last group for the year with a visit from the year four students at Our Lady of Lourdes School at Ingham, what a wonderful group of kids! It certainly has been a busy time with many groups visiting us, check out some of the feedback that we have received from students:

“Gumburu was so much fun! It was a great experience and I learnt a lot of things. I recommend this camp to everyone at school because I got a lot of information about wild life. The food was amazing and I loved the walks”. Jacob - Good Shepherd Catholic School, Rasmussen

“I loved camp because of the beautiful trees, plants and flowers. It felt like an air conditioned room all day. At camp we had late nights, fun all day, games, roasted marshmallows, a camp fire, delicious meals and lots of rainforest walks”. Courtney - Good Shepherd Catholic School, Rasmussen

“The thing that I enjoyed the most at camp was the Gumburu Sensory Trail when we got to be blindfolded and got led through different obstacles by a friend. Also the night walk when we saw the glowing fungi”. Heidi – Columba Catholic College

“My favourite thing at camp was when we did the critter study and we caught Yabbies”. Joshua - Columba Catholic College
